Plan purchase terms

1. The term of the plan is 12 months from the date of the first payment;

2. The monthly fee is €26, payments are made monthly by automatic billing;

3. Each service is provided according to the service schedule set by Tvigy, when the accumulated payment covers the relevant service. (See table);

4. If the client does not use any of the procedures included in the plan during the term, it can be used even after the term has expired, as long as the Tvigy account is active;

5. If you haven't had time to use all the services or they weren't needed — they remain available in your account. After the expiration date, the account maintenance fee of €5.99/month provides access to them and reminders;

6. The client must inform the clinic if he/she cannot attend the scheduled procedure no later than 48 hours before the visit;

7. The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchasing the plan if no service has been used;

8. The plan is personal and not transferable to another person.
