Botox Plan Rules

By making a purchase, you agree to monthly automatic payment according to the terms of the selected plan.
The procedure can be received every 6 months.
The visit is coordinated after the full payment amount is made, as well as the next visit - after the previous procedure is completed.
The plan can be canceled within 14 days of making the first payment.
If during the doctor's consultation it is determined that the procedure cannot be performed for medical reasons, the subscription is terminated and the client is refunded the full amount paid, minus the consultation fee.*
If the client does not show up for the appointment or cancels less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the procedure is considered received.
If payment is delayed, access to the service is suspended until payment is made.
The plan is personal and not transferable to another person.
If the payment card is replaced, new payment information must be updated in the profile section to keep the plan active.
