Accumulating plan rules – upper eyelid correction

1. By making a purchase, you agree to monthly automatic payment according to the terms of the selected plan.

2. The price of the operation is €1224.

3. Payment is made in installments — €204 per month for 6 months.

4. The operation is performed only after payment of the full amount.

5. The plan can be canceled within 14 days of making the first payment.

6. If the subscription is terminated after 14 days, payments made will be refunded, minus a 10% administrative fee.*

7. If during the doctor's consultation it is determined that the surgery cannot be performed for medical reasons, the subscription is terminated and the client is refunded the full amount paid, excluding the consultation costs.

8. The plan is personal and not transferable to another person.

9. If the payment card is replaced, new payment information must be updated in the profile section to keep the plan active.
