Accumulating plan rules – upper eyelid correction

1. By making a purchase, you agree to monthly automatic payment according to the terms of the selected plan.

2. Payment is made in installments — €93 per month for 12 months .

3. The operation is performed only after payment of the full amount.

4. The plan can be canceled within 14 days of the first payment. A full refund will be made, provided that no pre-operative consultation has been received.

5. If the subscription is terminated after 14 days, the customer will be refunded the amount paid, less a 10% administrative fee.

6. If during the doctor's consultation it is determined that the surgery cannot be performed for medical reasons, the plan is terminated and the client is refunded the full amount paid, excluding the consultation costs.

7. The plan is personal and not transferable to another person.

8. If the payment card is replaced, new payment information must be updated in the profile section to keep the plan active.
